Ensures ongoing AMS mainstreaming and works with all dealership departments to sell and support precision farming products and services.
Class A CDL Truck Driver - Big Spring
Big Spring, TX Operates vehicles to transport equipment for the dealership. Will be responsible for operating a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). May instruct customers on basic equipment operating procedures.

Description:
-Coordinates the execution of the dealership’s John Deere technology strategy
-Develops and executes the plan to ensure ongoing AMS mainstreaming across all departments in the dealership
-Assists in leading the organization in the are of John Deere precision farming products
-Ensures understanding of John Deere precision farming products in sales, service and parts through training
-Serves as the internal and external technical specialist for all precision farming products
-Implements the adoption of new technology and product offerings
-Develops and delivers employee and customer training for John Deere precision farming products
-Provides recommendations of stocking/inventory requirements for solutions enablement
-Provides solutions-based business consulting services to customers (i.e. advising customers on optimizing performance, reducing costs, operation efficiencies, etc.)
-May also support the dealership efforts with third-party providers (Certified Crop Advisor, Ag Service Provider, etc.) and related John Deere businesses

Description:
-Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs
-Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required
-Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays
-Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations
-Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly
-Follows-up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the manager
-Assists co-workers with answering phone calls and on-call hours
-Assist with annual physical inventory for all parts departments in SPI organization
-Assist in transporting parts, small equipment, supplies and paperwork between SPI locations
-Facilitates and promotes a culture of safety
-Exudes good character that demonstrates leadership and promotes teamwork
